The course consists of 3 audio training sessions along with a workbook for each of the three classes. Each class is approximately an hour, so please set aside some time in a quiet environment, to get the most out of the session.

There also are videos to guide you through the specific tapping sequences to overcoming your fears and anxieties.

Then, please break your fear down into the various aspects or parts that bother you about speaking in public, socializing or interacting with others.

For example:

Is there a past trauma/s that bring on any upset when you think about them:

• do you get embarrassed
• are you ashamed of something or the possibility of failing
• do you worry about blushing, shaking, or sweating
• do you fear everyone’s eyes upon you
• do you worry about other’s opinions
• do you feel trapped in front of the room
• does it anger you that you show or feel fear

There are a multitude of possible scenarios for each individual and their fear/s. Please put some thought into it and list yours. Once you have them listed, then rate each one of them on that SUD scale, 0-10 with 10 being the worst and 0 being no discomfort.

Remember, you can only treat what your are tuned into in the thought field, so make your list carefully to better facilitate complete treatment.

Most often, past traumas are one of the worst, and a big underlying issue. Try the trauma algorithm first and then progress to the other associated issues. Show Less
