Help Center: My confirmation link is not working

If you're having problems with confirming your email, here are some steps you should take:

1. If you are using a link in an email, try cutting and pasting the entire link into your browser.


2. If you have tried the link, as well as cutting and pasting the link, and it is still giving you an error,
   then open a Support Ticket.


3. If you are not receiving the email, check to make sure that you can receive emails
   from @learnopia.com and go to your profile and have it resend the email.
